Circular Programs
Programs designed to help the outdoor world reduce waste, extend gear life, and protect wildlife through circularity. This includes WildUp™, a community-driven gear resale membership that funds wildlife and climate work through transparent circular systems, and The Resole Project, a collaborative initiative uniting climbers, gyms, cobblers, and partners to keep climbing shoes out of landfills and give gear a longer life. These projects use creativity, logistics, community, and strategic design to move the outdoor world toward real responsibility.
WildUp™
WildUp™ is a member driven circular resale program that helps outdoorists move their extra gear back into use while directing revenue toward wildlife and climate action.
I designed WildUp as a community model rooted in accountability, transparency, and real environmental impact. Members send in gear, we process and resell it, and the value created goes to protecting the places and beings that make our time outside possible.
WildUp reframes resale as culture work, not just commerce, and shows how circular systems can reduce waste, slow overconsumption, and fund work that actually protects the wild.
The Resole Project
A climbing industry collaboration focused on keeping climbing shoes out of landfills by encouraging resoling, repair culture, and gear longevity. The Resole Project brings together cobblers, climbing gyms, and partners to make the climbing world more circular and reduce the environmental impact of a throwaway gear cycle.
